For this week’s assignment, your task will be to document the assessment outlined in the lecture notes for the family of Geraldo, Maria, and Jesse. Briefly summarize the presenting problem with the family in adequate detail for the next counselor who picks up the clinical record to begin working with the family.
In the final paragraph of your assessment, you should determine some brief treatment recommendations, or referrals as appropriate, for the counselor.

- Based on your knowledge of theory, describe what is happening in this moment with the family.
- What intervention might you try, and why did you choose that intervention?
- What outcome do you expect?
