OVERVIEW

This paper is a formal reflective essay, where you will reflect on your internship, the readings you have read over the quarter, and any other relevant readings and educational experience over your college career. The purpose of this essay is for to step back from your experience, and reflect on and communicate what you have learned. Youll do this through both engaging with some of the larger themes and debates surrounding your workplace found in your readings, and reflecting on your own experiences, observations, conversation, and knowledge you brought to your internship.

Another purpose of this assignment is to give you an opportunity to reflect upon the work you have accomplished during your internship, and to provide an assessment of its educational value.
