By analyzing the workings of a team and measuring its effectiveness, you can identify opportunities for improvement and put in place measures to improve team effectiveness.
In this activity, you will analyze the effectiveness of a team by assessing the various aspects of the teams functioning. Based on the analysis, you will then determine the steps for improving the team effectiveness for better outcomes. This activity will prepare you for the upcoming Project Three by helping you develop the necessary skills for evaluating a team.
