Selecttwo peer-reviewed journal articles published within the past two years that are relevant to your chosen discussion topic. These articles will serve as the foundation for your question and contributions.

Instructions

In this discussion, we will use a flipped classroom approach. You will take the lead in generating meaningful dialogue by developing and facilitating a discussion question based on your readings and relevant web-based information. We will use the TQE method (Thoughts, Questions, Epiphanies), as introduced in Module 1.

This assignment consists of two parts:

Part 1: Develop and Post Your Discussion Question

• By Day 2 or 3;of the discussion period, post an open-ended, thought-provoking question that encourages critical reflection on a topic relevant to nursing education or practice.
• Your question should be grounded in the literature and clearly reference the articles you selected.
• In your post, include your own thoughts and insights (epiphanies) from the readings to provide context and stimulate engagement.

Part 2: Facilitate and Engage in Discussion

• Throughout the discussion period, actively facilitate conversation in your thread by:
  • Responding to classmates comments
  • Asking follow-up questions
  • Encouraging connections to professional experiences
  • Referencing relevant literature to deepen the dialogue
• Additionally,engage in at least two other classmates threads by contributing thoughtful responses, asking questions, and sharing relevant experiences or evidence-based insights.
