Your task for this week is as follows

Drawing on scholarly literature, organisational theory, or relevant professional practice examples, choose ONE of the organisational factors discussed in week one and argue how this impacts on individuals and their performance in effective work groups or teams as discussed in week two.

In other words, what you need to do is

1. Choose one (and one only) organisational factor (leadership) as discussed in week 1
2. explore how this impacts individual behaviour and performance.
3. Explain how this influences work groups or teams (as discussed in week 2), and justify why this evidence matters.

The aim is for a word count no greater than 850 words. You should include inline citations and a reference list (the reference list is NOT part of the word count) Please use APA7 referencing. The list of references is NOT part of the word count.

We recommend you create your submission in an MS Word document, and then cut and paste your submission into the box provided in the LMS. You cannot upload the MS Document (for reasons that will become apparent in the next part).

PART 2

The effort you go to in this part of the assignment is regarded as being equivalent to 800 words – you are not expected to write another 800 words!!

1. For each submission read the submission and then using the tick box rubric provided
2. Consider organisational factors. Did it describe how the organisational factors affect the workplace?
3. Consider impact on work teams. Did it describe the different impacts on groups compared to teams?
4. Consider the structure, writing quality and reliance on evidence by including references. Was the expression clear throughout and with a logical flow, with correct spelling grammar and punctuation? Does it make effective use of the relevant literature, citing all references correctly in APA7 style and avoid or keep direct quotations kept to a minimum?
5. You are also asked, in the Feedback for the author box, to indicate in one sentence and one sentence only what you considered to be the most important issues mentioned in the summary. You may also give additional written feedback, but please be constructive in your comments.
6. Repeat the process so that you complete the drafts assigned to you
