Answer all the questions from the prompt in an essay response. Failing to properly answer any of the listed questions in the prompt will result in a loss of points. You must cite from the live lecture as well as other sources. See below for further instructions on format, style, and citations (ALL OF THESE THINGS WILL BE USED TO CALCULATE YOUR FINAL GRADE FOR THIS PAPER). The essay should be no less than 800 words and no more than 1000 words (excluding the bibliography).

Students should first view the guest’s live lecture presentation. After that, students should write a response paper that summarizes the issue and why it is important. - Submitted in CANVAS by the due date and time

- Written in APA style but with No cover sheet. The first page of your paper should be the start of your essay with your name and the title at the top right-hand corner of the page.

Style Instructions
Failure to follow these instructions will result in a loss of points.
Make your answer in the form of an organized essay which includes:
- A specific thesis statement that explains your argument and does not merely restate the questions in the prompt.
- Support your argument with examples from your book and at least 4 properly cited external sources (source must be with .edu or .gov extension; Wikipedia not acceptable as a source, nor any information from the source with .com, .org, etc. extension unless it is an official HR org site).
- Keep direct quotes to a minimum. Any paper that comes up with above a 25% similarity score on Turnitin will have points deducted and anything above a 50% will receive an automatic F, this includes AI generated material that gets flagged. Instead paraphrase the text into your own words to show you understand the concepts, but you can still refer to a source. Use proper citations.
Citation Instructions
Failure to follow these instructions will result in a loss of points.
Make sure you use the following method for citations.
