Task:
You need to prepare an ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction) report focusing on pharmacology (drug-related effects only), not disease treatment.
The report must include:
- Major ADRs (common and serious, especially dose-limiting ones)
- Risk factors and vulnerable patients
- Mechanism of ADR (pharmacological explanation of how it happens)
- Early warning signs of toxicity
- Drug interactions (Pharmacokinetic & Pharmacodynamic)
- Pharmacology-based management:
(dose reduction, discontinuation, antidote if applicable, monitoring) - References with proper in-text citation
Important: Focus on the drug and its effects only (Pharmacology), NOT on disease management.
