I have half of my research paper (part 2) done. I need help doing the analysis of the interview part as well as the recommendations part. I also want you to look over and edit the literature review, as well as the introduction to see if it needs fixing because AI helped write a lot of it (and I don’t want it to get flagged for AI). I attached the unfinished research paper pt 2 as well as the first paper I did so you can have some background information. References and the interview transcripts are at the bottom under “references” and “appendix”. I gathered all references for the literature review but still need 3 more sources for the recommendations section.

This serves as (a) a conclusion to your paper and (b) a summary of what you recommend that organizations/individuals to do in order to address your topic. For example, what action should leaders take? Are there policy recommendations? Personal practices? You will need to identify and cite trade journals, books, websites, or other popular press articles for sources.
