Now that you’ve discovered how behavior analysts practice in school settings in the districts where you may be working, it will be necessary to understand if a functional behavior assessment or behavior intervention plan (FBA/BIP) process exists in the district, and if so, the behavior analyst consultant’s role in this process. If one does not exist, how could you as the behavior analyst consultant support the district in creating an FBA/BIP process?
