Two reform areas I feel are important to focus on

This includes appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios, retention strategies, and support for safe patient handling and ongoing professional development.

Personal: A stable, adequately staffed system supports safer patient care and helps healthcare workers recover and return to work after injuries.

Professional: Staffing, safety, and workforce stability directly affect care quality, patient outcomes, and the efficiency of health systemsand theyre essential for sustainable practice in any setting, including emergency care.
